1.
Tickets are good for the date and time originally scheduled for and are non-transferable. Refunds (less $15 per person Cancellation Fee) are only given for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to date of travel. Date changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to date of travel for a Change Fee of $10 per person. All changes are subject to availability of seats. No changes permitted within 24 hours of departure time. In the case of Flight Delays if flight arrival (advised when reservationmade) is delayed or cancelled by airline, then passengers may transfer to next available departure without extra charge or change fee. No refunds are made for "no-shows" caused by flight delays.

2. Passengers must call our office the day before they are scheduled to travel to re-confirm. Leave message on answering machine (including phone number) if office is closed.

3. Passengers must be at the Boarding Location at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time (30 minutes prior at Salt Lake City Airport)
We reserve the right to refuse carriage to anyone who in our sole opinion may be disruptive to driver or other passengers.

4. SubLink Stage Line does not authorise parking at any of its stops. Boarding Locations are provided as a courtesy by any businesses there and they do not have any liability or obligation to our passengers. SubLink Stage Line does not have representatives at the airports or at any of its stops. If you have a question about our service or you do not understand the instructions on this ticket, please call our office.

5. Each passenger is allowed three (3) pieces of luggage not exceeding 12000 cubic inches volume and 100 pounds total weight. Luggage will not be checked and will be transported under the sole responsibility of the passenger. Bicycles or excess and odd-size luggage will be accepted only if space is available and for a fee of $10 per item.

Items found on our vehicles will be held 30 days and returned at owner's expense. Passengers are responsible for the care and handling of their own luggage while at the airport. Rental carts are available at the curb and inside the terminals.

6. SUBLINK STAGE LINE WILL MAKE ITS BEST EFFORT TO GET PASSENGERS TO THEIR DESTINATION ON OR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME. HOWEVER SUBLINK STAGE LINE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY WEATHER, ROAD, TRAFFIC CONDITIONS, MECHANICAL FAILURE, OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES THAT ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. ANY EXPENSES ARISING FROM DELAYED DEPARTURE OR ARRIVAL TIMES, INCLUDING MISSED FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL CONNECTIONS, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE PASSENGER.

7. Departure time from the Airport is tentative. SubLink Stage Line may at its option, delay departure to allow passengers on delayed or late arriving flights to catch the transport. Departures earlier than scheduled may occur if all passengers holding confirmed reservations have arrived and checked in with our driver.

8. Inclement weather, bad road conditions or other factors may dictate earlier or later departure times, or earlier or later arrival times at destination. Passengers agree to comply with necessary schedule changes and to keep SubLink Stage Line informed as to how they can be contacted.

9. Federal law prohibits smoking on any of our vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE

All timings are approximate and subject to change. Journey times may be affected by weather and road conditions

Children 0-11 yrs are 50% of adult fare, Children 0-4 must travel in car seat - please advise us at least 24 hrs in advance if you need one. It is illegal under Wyoming and Utah State law for us to allow young children to travel on an adult's lap. If you do not bring child seat or advise us in advance driver will not allow travel and ticket will not be refunded.
